Hearing aids work great , but I can not find any where that I can buy batteries. One more battery and I will have to take them off. If you cell batteries, I need a address where I can by them.
I found I have trouble hearing people clearly unless they are facing me and in church where we sit in the back to accommodate my wife's special needs. I decided to try hearing aids and found Pure Wave on the internet. I had some problems getting my phone set up but managed to get that done. Next I had some difficulty getting the amplifiers mounted in my ears but finally figured that out (my problem is that I am legally blind and all instructions are printed for people with good vision.) The test runs went very well and said I don't have a hearing problem but I find that with the hearing amplifiers I can understand conversations much better. The little pull chord does make my ear sore when it is tucked into my ear lobe but I think I ill get used to that with time. The only other difficulty I have is at 85, my fingers are not as nimble as the were 20 uears ago and handling the small amplifiers and batteries is difficult for me. Despite my difficuties with the amplifiers, I am happy with the product. I can not give it a star five rating because as a first time user, I have nothing to compare it to.
